Possible spoilers for Thor 2: The Dark World
Marvel Studios missed a golden opportunity, in my opinion, of, at the end of the movie Thor 2: The Dark World, once Thor stepped out of the throne room of Asgaard, having Loki do this:
In my head, now, this is what happens at the end of Thor 2 as we go to credits.
And, yes, Erin and I loved the movie. It’s not quite as good as the first Thor movie, but it’s a lot of fun, balancing action with comedy and moving the Marvel movie universe forward. The acting is top notch and it’s a fun way to spend your two hours, especially if you see it in the less expensive 2D.
I have become a fan of the work Marvel Studios has done in putting together a shared Avengers canon for the silver screen, and am eagerly awaiting the arrival of Captain America 2: Winter Soldier.
And I never really read comics as a child!
