Michael and Rosemarie left for Ann Arbor on Friday. We had a very good time (as you've read), but it still made for a long week, and Erin and I have been spending time with each other, and spending time getting out and enjoying the cooler weather. So I haven't had much time to post anything.
Yesterday, we took Dan down to Oakville and tried to do some writing. Actually, Dan read. No book in his head, just yet. Give him time. I added another five pages to The Young City. Actually, though Oakville was nice and everything (and we appreciated the chance to walk by the lake), Bookers was a little loud to get some writing done. Instead, we returned to Chapters/Indigo in Burlington and got more writing done there.
I'm also slowly gathering myself up for the final push to complete the Trenchcoat Farewell Project. Now that I've received Cameron's Shepherd Moons, I'm starting to lay it out, and then comes the final six stories of Ninth Aspect 2. I haven't quite figured out how I'm going to handle Death by D'Syne, since so little of it exists, and yet it's so key to what happens in two subsequent stories. Oh, well. Just one more push, and the three year marathon fanzine production is complete. But the final push can be the toughest push of all...
Erin and I are still coming down from a busy week of not being alone, and are going to be heading out to spend more time alone. We'd spend it at home, but the weather is just too nice to stay indoors...
