Now, I know that horses are venerable, hard-working animals that need a lot of tender loving care. And I suppose it not only makes sense that there should be a market for individuals to massage the muscles of these beautiful beasts, that this market be regulated so that only professionals who know what they’re doing take on this task. After all, an average Joe taking on the task of massaging a horse is probably a danger to himself and others (though, I suspect, mostly himself).
But, still: “Registered Equine Massage Therapy”. Everybody, hands up those who had some strange images and/or questions come to mind. Like, “But aren’t their hooves kind of sharp?”
