I’m always a sucker for good urban time-lapse videos, and this one of my old home town by Javin Lau is well worth watching. He ably captures the heartbeat of the city, and gets some spectacular shots. It’s mesmerizing.
I’ve been gathering some time-lapse videos of my own. I’ve been working on updating my book trailer for The Night Girl (remember that?), and have taken whatever opportunities I can, while in Toronto, to focus my iPhone out of high windows and using its time-lapse feature to capture traffic, sunsets and more. The quality is quite good. Hopefully, it won’t be long before I can show you the final results.
